Their #5 sometimes uses REALLY thick filet mignon cuts and I dislike it. When you're lucky they switch to thin cuts. The thick meat is often times not cooked inside no matter how hot the soup - it tastes. I wish for the filet mignon they use regular thin cuts like other restaurants man instead of these thick pieces. Staff is super nice and overall I love this restaurant. I just wish they switch the filet mignon cuts.

Food: Super good! Always come to this plaza for Philz and never noticed this pho place. Definitely a hidden gem in Fremont. The summer rolls are amazingly tasty! Their house sauce brings out the flavors and veggies of the roll very well and we feel like we can just eat the sauce! IT IS THAT GOOD! both pho and vermicelli are fresh, but definitely wish more veggies are in the vermicelli bowl. Service: Super efficient. The orders came after a few minutes you order as well. Enjoy freshly made food with warm service is the best thing you can have here! Ambiance: clean, bright and nice. On the quiet side to enjoy a nice meal with friend and family.

Great food and service, we went at 8:45 and they close at 9, but they happily welcomed us, took the order by 9 and didn’t rush us till we finished the dinner. Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at PHO MAMA and was thoroughly impressed! The atmosphere of the restaurant is inviting and comfortable, with a modern design and nice touches like the decorative ceiling elements and a lively, yet cozy, vibe. Now, onto the food – it was absolutely fantastic! I tried both their classic Pho and what appeared to be their Bun Bo Hue (spicy noodle soup), and both were packed with flavor. The pho broth was rich and aromatic, and the Bun Bo Hue had a wonderful depth with a nice kick, complemented perfectly by the fresh jalapeño slices and herbs. We also indulged in their crispy chicken wings, which were perfectly golden and came with a delicious sauce, making them an excellent appetizer. Another standout was the grilled short ribs over vermicelli noodles, which was a beautifully presented and incredibly flavorful dish. The ribs were tender and smoky, pairing wonderfully with the fresh noodles and spring roll. The service was attentive and the food arrived promptly. PHO MAMA truly offers a great Vietnamese dining experience. I highly recommend it for anyone craving authentic and delicious Vietnamese cuisine!

Pho Mama on Paseo proved to be a delightful experience overall, marked by delicious Vietnamese flavors and exceptional service. The staff were the real highlight of our experience. From the moment we walked in with our baby, they were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to find us a suitable spot that provided enough space and comfort for our little one, which was greatly appreciated. We ordered their Pho, the seafood garlic noodles, and the fried chicken dish. The Pho was fantastic. The broth was rich, fragrant, and deeply flavorful – exactly what you crave in a good bowl of pho. The noodles were delicious and the seafood, equally good. Unfortunately, the fried chicken dish was the only letdown of our meal. While the flavor itself was decent, the portion size of the chicken was surprisingly small. For the price point, I had anticipated a more substantial serving. The 4 pieces of chicken we received felt meager and didn't quite align with the value offered by the other dishes. Despite this I would still return to Pho Mama given the opportunity. The quality of the Pho and the noodles were enough for me to return!
